Order, Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment

Credi card transactions are made in real time meaning your card will be authorized at the time you place an order. If you do not want to use your credit card over the internet  you can contact Sales at (908) 235-1848. We will be glad to take your order over the phone. We also accept PayPal via phone only. Due to the high production cost nature and limited supply of our Tiki Bars all Tiki Bar sales are final once the order is placed. Tiki Bar orders can only be cancelled if we do not meet the delivery time schedule given to you at the time of order. See policy on damaged goods below.

We also accept checks or money orders payable to our parent company: Eastcoast School, 3231 Belvidere Rd., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.

All credit card transactions will appear as 'Eastcoast School' which is our parent company. Please see the "About Us" section.

Shipping

Your order is primarily shipped by Fedex Ground Parcel service and Bullet Commercial Trucking freight. We may also use any other shipping company as long as the order can be delivered to our customers in a timely fashion. 

Most Tiki Bar/Tiki Stool orders are in stock in our US warehouse while certain other models are stocked in our overseas warehouse. US warehouse stock ships in 2 to 5 weeks while overseas stock ships in 5 to 10 weeks.  Artificial Palm Trees/Pool In-the-Water Cocktail Tables usually ship in 3 to 4 days. Customers will be notified of their delivery schedule once the order is placed. We welcome calls prior to order on delivery schedules if the time frames listed are a concern.

All commercial truck freight is for curbside delivery only. If you need a moving service to move the freight into your home or business you will have to pay the extra charge to the trucker.

All damages and defective products have to be reported within three days of delivery and returns must be authorized.

Damage or Defects

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us within five days of receipt of order. To receive credit for damaged goods, a picture must be emailed to endlesssummersun1@yahoo.com or sent to the address above with a request for credit and an explanation. We will review your request and issue a credit if appropriate.

Bamboo is a natural material and a slight variation of color can be expected. Bamboo products in packages may sometimes mold. This can be easily removed with a bleach solution. Bamboo will split, it is the nature of bamboo. We do not refund or return for split bamboo products. You can reduce the split of bamboo products by avoiding direct sunlight to the larger bamboo poles. Please read our page on how to care for bamboo products.

All returns must be authorized. These products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction!

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted at our warehouse and consequently no refunds will be issued.

Warranty

We guarantee our products from manufacturing defects for 30 days.
